EFFECTIVE September 17, 2020:

 

DRIVER / PASSENGER PROTOCOLS

 

Driver will self screen for COVID-19 symptoms and conduct/record daily temperature check prior to transporting passengers.

 

Driver will ask passengers to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms.

 

Driver will wear a cloth face mask when passengers are present.

 

Driver will ask passengers to wear a cloth face mask covering. Driver will communicate that both drivers and passengers may cancel without penalty if the other party is not wearing a face covering.

This will be communicated and agreed to prior to booking.

 

Driver will suspend offering passengers beverages, snacks, mints, phone chargers etc. 

Driver will communicate that any requirement of a personal nature needs to be supplied by the passenger and agreed upon during the booking process.

 

Driver will wash or sanitize hands after handling any passenger belongings.

 

Driver will ask passengers to handle their own belongings.

 

VEHICLE PROTOCOLS:

 

Only the Rear Bench Seat of the vehicle is available for passengers to maintain the six-feet distancing from the driver.

The Rear Bench Seat accommodates a maximum of three (3) passengers from the same household.

 

Vehicle windows will remain open when possible as weather permits.

Ventilation System within the vehicle will be maintained.

Climate control system will remain on.

 

Vehicle surfaces will be disinfected before and after transporting passengers including disinfecting commonly touched surfaces - I.e. window lock buttons, rear fan adjustment knobs/buttons, door handles, lock buttons.

 

Any personal protective equipment used in the cleaning process will be disposed of afterwards.
